Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services booked with Reframe Style. By making a booking, you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Booking & Payment

A 50% booking payment is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is confirmed once this payment has been received. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before your appointment. If your appointment is booked within 14 days of the appointment date, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Where preparation or other elements of your service begin before your appointment, these form part of the service you have booked.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans sometimes change, so please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

More than 14 days before your appointment

If you cancel more than 14 days before your appointment, your 50% booking payment will be retained.

Alternatively, you may transfer your booking payment to a new appointment once, subject to availability. Your rearranged appointment must take place within 8 weeks of the original appointment date.

Between 48 hours and 14 days before your appointment

At this point, full payment for your service will have been made. Payments are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Your rearranged appointment must take place within 8 weeks of the original appointment date and is subject to availability.

Less than 48 hours before your appointment

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. If you wish to book another appointment, a new booking and payment will be required. The same applies if you do not attend your appointment without notifying Reframe Style. I appreciate that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can arise, and these will always be considered at my discretion. If Reframe Style needs to cancel your appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Late Arrival

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late. Depending on other appointments and commitments, it may not be possible to extend your session beyond the original finishing time. The full service fee will still apply.

Personal Styling & Colour Analysis

Personal styling, wardrobe editing, body shape analysis and colour analysis are advisory services. Recommendations are based on professional assessment together with your individual preferences, lifestyle and objectives. The aim is to help you make informed choices and develop a wardrobe and personal style that works for you. Individual preferences and results will naturally vary.

Personal Shopping & Recommended Purchases

Where Reframe Style recommends clothing, accessories, beauty products or other items sold by third-party retailers, any purchase is made directly between you and the retailer. Reframe Style is not responsible for changes in price or availability, sizing, product quality, delivery, returns or the retailer’s own terms and conditions.

You are responsible for checking that you are happy with the fit, condition and suitability of an item before deciding to keep it.

Travel

Where a service takes place at your home or another agreed location, any additional travel costs will be discussed and agreed before your booking is confirmed.

Photography

Photographs may be taken during a styling or colour analysis session to document outfits, colours and recommendations and to prepare any agreed follow-up materials. These photographs are used for the purpose of providing your Reframe Style service. Your photographs will not be used on the Reframe Style website, social media, marketing materials or for any other promotional purpose without your prior permission.

Client Information & Privacy

Personal information you provide will be treated confidentially and used where necessary to provide your Reframe Style service, manage your booking and communicate with you. Further information about how your personal information is handled can be found in the Reframe Style Privacy Policy.

Gift Vouchers

Where applicable, gift vouchers are subject to the validity period stated on the voucher. Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms as other bookings, together with your statutory consumer rights where applicable.

Statutory Cancellation Rights

If you book a service online, by telephone or by email, you will normally have a statutory right to cancel your booking within 14 days of the date the booking is made and receive a refund.

If you ask Reframe Style to begin providing your service during this 14-day period, including any preparation carried out before your appointment, you may be charged for services already provided if you subsequently cancel.

Your statutory rights are not affected by Reframe Style’s standard cancellation policy.
